Managing Director
Paul has a total of 28 years experience working in advertising media in Ireland. Having been promoted to Media Manager in 1993, Paul was subsequently appointed Managing Director of Mediaworks in January 1996. Paul has a wealth of experience across a vast number of industries including FMCG, financial, telecommunications and public service. Paul is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and The Marketing Society and is a regular contributor on media related issues to a range of national and trade media, both print and broadcast. Paul can also speak backwards fluently.
Media Director
A native of Skibbereen and a B.A. Graduate from U.C.C., Fiona also holds a Diploma in Advertising from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Fiona joined Mediaworks in 1996 as an Account Manager, having already gained experience as a TV buyer in a leading competitor agency. Fiona was appointed Account Director in 1999 and Media Director of Mediaworks in 2003. Over the years, Fiona has pioneered many innovative uses of media which delivered cost-effective results while reflecting favourably on clients. Fiona cannot speak backwards (too busy shopping to learn).
Strategic Planning Director
With over twenty years' experience in advertising communications, Noel has extensive experience in the media industry and served as a director of the Aegis-owned Carat. More recently from 2003 until 2010, he worked with Core Media where he was a shareholder and Board Director with specific responsibility for business development. In 2010 Noel joined Mediaworks as Strategic Director. Noel is a sports nerd, supports Galway hurling and football teams as well as Arsenal and once bumped into Arsene Wenger outside a lift!
Account Director
Conor commenced his career in advertising in 1998 in Young Advertising where his account responsibilities included P&G. In 2003, Conor joined Mediaworks as Broadcast Director whilst working as Account Director on a range of media competitive accounts including Volkswagen, Audi and Sony. Conor holds a B.A. in English and Psychology (UCC) and a post graduate Diploma in Advertising. Conor was appointed to the Management Board of Mediaworks in 2009. In his spare time, Conor likes to shame the rest of the Mediaworkers by running in marathons in his home town and the odd international city.
