Set up in January 1996, Mediaworks is affiliated to the International DDB network and is fully Irish owned with all shareholders working in the group.

Trading Co-Operation OMG - Omnicom Group

In May 2009, the formation of a co-operation agreement was announced between Omnicom Media Group Ireland (OMG) (through its operating brands OMD and PHD) and Mediaworks who are connected to Omnicom through a licensing agreement with the DDB Group.

As part of Omnicom, OMG is one of the largest media networks globally and has been the fastest growing media agency group in Ireland since its launch in 2005.

Prior to this co-operation, Mediaworks was Ireland’s largest independent media planning and buying media agency.

This co-operation allows for the pooling of combined volumes and potential opportunities for additional benefits for our clients.
